Yes I know it’s danish, but it’s a good and affordable ostehøvel (cheese slicer) and its danish design!
Great for Semi Hard to Hard Cheeses. Will work well on brown cheese coming out of the fridge, but not if its become very soft.
Makes clean & repeatable slices for great presentation!
