First to sail through the North West Passage
A must read for anyone interested in polar expeditions and adventurous journeys.
Roald Amundsen is one of Norway’s greatest explorers and polar scientists. First man to the South Pole, and first man to sail through the Northwest passage. This book range as one of my favorites and tells the story of incredible hardship and an interesting documentation of the life of the Inuits they met along the way.
